I’m honored to be helping people cultivate more happiness, heal from trauma and create abundance in their life! ‘A Lightened Life’ has been a dream of mine for a long long time. To step into this role full time has been surreal. An amazing feeling to be able to help so many people on a grander scale by just sharing what I’ve learned on my personal development journey & holding space for people in a way that teaches them to love themselves & others deeper.
