Journey Through Thresholds is a guided creative experience that blends gentle reflection, music, and art-making to explore where you are in your own process of becoming.

Using the symbol of a doorway, we’ll reflect on what we’re standing in front of, what we may be carrying, and what wants our awareness…without pressure to “fix” or change anything.

This experience is designed to be accessible and welcoming, even if you’ve never done shadow work or art therapy before.

You’ll be guided through:

• A grounding sound and relaxation experience

• Simple, approachable reflection prompts

• An intuitive art exploration using the image of a doorway or threshold

• A calm, supportive creative space with music throughout

No art experience is needed. This is not about making something “perfect” — it’s about expression, insight, and curiosity.
